Very meticulous in the appraisal process. However, something that was queried earlier on in the process was not flagged as an issue, until funds release day. This caused a further delay and could have been resolved if the initial query was followed through by Mercantile.

The bulk of the work was carried out by the Broker, who applied for the loan. The request was later, thankfully approved by Mercantile Credit. The contemporary methods used for verification and analysis ,is a challenge and disadvantage, for the older generation.
