Application Process

If you’re an intermediary and want to work with Mercantile Trust, send us an enquiry by either calling or emailing. Once we have received your enquiry, our expert team will be in touch to help guide you through the application process making it swift and easy, to ensure that we may start processing your submission as soon as possible.

Submission Process

Once you are fully authorised with Mercantile Trust we can start receiving submissions from you and help you with all aspects along the way.

Packs can either be scanned to us in the first instance or emailed to us. Click here to email a pack to us.

Turnaround Times

Mercantile Trust pride ourselves on both the quality and speed of our service, as such please find our turnaround times listed below:

Submissions received before 3pm will be worked the same day

Additional correspondence and documents will be worked the same day if received before 4pm.

Referrals received before 2pm will receive a response before 6pm
